Very good hotel with excellent breakfast. Quiet room with all facilities. Tram stop outside 7 minutes to the station with connecting airport bus. Free tram card from hotel.

Top Tip
Would recommend Stadhof restaurant 3 minutes walking distance in Barfusserplaz. Informal salads, pizzas homemade pasta old established we were taken by swiss friends.

The hotel is is an ideal location just 5 minutes walk from the train staion and 2 minutes from the main shopping area. The hotel is very clean and Basel is quite quiet and so it was nice to come back to the hotel which had a delicious restaurant, cafe and bar. Definitely would recommend this hotel for a stay.

Top Tip
Basel is quite quiet and there's not much to see or do, so if you're staying for more than one day then I would definitely recommend catching the train to see other areas that are a short distance away such as Strasbourg

The orange juice at breakfast was awful. Also room service took too long to arrive.

Top Tip
The Kunstmuseum has one of the best collections of paintings anywhere in the world, especially impressionists and modern art.

Pleasant and modern hotel. Indoor pool excellent. Great location for exploring the city, very close to bars and restaurants. Check-in staff where a bit abrupt but all other staff very friendly and helpful.

The initial "standard" room was a disgrace (about 2 star standard at best) and not at all consistant with the pictures shown on your website. Upon complaining they "upgraded" my wife and I and transferred us to a room which did indeed look like the one advertised. It was very nice but the staff made it clear that it was an upgrade. Had they not upgraded us I would have felt very bitter!
