Check-in staff where a bit abrupt ... all other staff very friendly and helpful... Hotel staff were excellent and were always pleased to help... found out was my gf birthday upon booking in and sent up a complimentary bowl of fruit and biscuits.... friendly staff who willingly halped with directions and making a restaurant booking, ... very helpful and friendly staff -... Friendly staff ... Staff excellent... You are also given a free travel ticket for buses and trams in the hotel - a lovely idea. ...
