Hotel staff were very helpful, very impressed that was given free pass to travel around the city. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Top Tip:
Would reccomend a day trip to Strasbourg, but book the train ticket at the airport. Xmas market was lovely. Do take the time to go over the river as the shoping is fab. Also go to the Tourist info and go on the walks around the city well worth it.
